Student Groups

The following are programs and services for student groups registered with the Center for Student Programming.

Meeting Rooms Available free of charge to registered student groups.

Banner Space to advertise any campus event is available over Bruin Walk and on the bridge between Ackerman Union and Kerckhoff Hall.

Flyers advertising your upcoming events or information about your student group can be displayed in the Ackerman display case.

Lottery. Find out how to take part in the lottery to get the first shot at reserving a meeting room and banner space.

Venues are available throughout the Union that can accommodate everything from an intimate poetry reading to a blow-out concert. We can help you plan it!
