24-Hour Study Lounge


You knew there were study lounges in the Student Union. But did you ever think of the Student Union as one great, big Study Lounge?

Check out the greatest study lounge ever...
Every Sunday through Thursday during tenth and Finals weeks.

  • All Study spaces are open 24 HOURS.

  • Terrace Court Dining Room and all available meeting rooms and event venues become study space. Check the meeting room signs to find out which rooms are set aside for Quiet Study and which rooms are designated as Group Study Space.

  • UCLA Restaurants offers free brewed coffee from 9:00pm – 11:00pm at the Kerckhoff Coffeehouse. After 11:00pm, free coffee is available in the Kerckhoff Hall Art Gallery.

  • Coinz Gameroom on Ackerman A-Level stays open 24 hours, Sunday – Thursday for your late night study breaks.

  • Security staff makes regular rounds all night long to help provide a safe study environment.

  • Community Service Commission provides vans for free rides to dorms, Westwood-area apartments and campus parking lots. The van departs every hour, on the hour, beginning at 3:00am and running until 7:00am. Just meet security staff at the Student Union Information window at Ackerman A-Level at the top of the hour.
