It’s not really a bombshelter, but this outdoor eating-place has the nickname because it’s mostly below ground level, located in the Court of Sciences between Life Sciences and Boelter. And while the Bombshelter’s location is hard to spot, the sun-dappled patio is worth the search. Inside, there’s the Great American Roadside Grill for burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. The Stacks Deli offers (you guessed it) deli food, and Pacific Rice & Noodle Traders provides bowls that capture tastes from around the world. Grab & Go Gourmet rounds out the offering with generous sandwiches on specialty breads.
