Enjoy FIFA World Cup games live at Dec. 1, Dec. 13 watch parties

 Join in on game-day snacks, raffles and giveaways with fellow Bruins during the FIFA World Cup watch parties on Dec. 1 and Dec. 13, hosted by the UCLA Dashew Center and ASUCLA.

Los Angeles, Calif., Nov. 30, 2022 – Soccer fans, unite! The UCLA Dashew Center for International Students and Scholars is partnering with Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) to host two FIFA World Cup watch parties for the UCLA community to come together and enjoy the soccer games on Dec. 1 and Dec. 13.

Sponsored by Wescom Credit Union, both live-viewing gatherings will begin at 11 a.m., hosted in the Ackerman Union A-Level TV Lounge. Bruins who attend can help themselves to a variety of breakfast options, snacks and beverages while they cheer on their favorite soccer teams, and can also partake in giveaways and a raffle with cash prizes.

“The Dashew Center is thrilled to bring together international students and scholars and the UCLA community as one for this exciting sporting event,” said Caroline Thrailkill, Dashew Center communications coordinator. “Every four years, the FIFA World Cup unites people from all around the world in their passion for soccer!”
