UCLA Registrar Office

The go-to place for information about UCLA

The UCLA Registrar Office, officially known as the UCLA Registrar’s Office, is located in 1113 Murphy Hall, and it is open Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The Registrar’s Office also has a website containing information and resources that help students successfully navigate their UCLA college careers. Visit the UCLA Registrar Office website the button below.

The Registrar’s Office website is a great source of information about UCLA, providing descriptions of classes and departments, assessments of individual students’ term fees, summaries of the most important dates of the school year and more. Here are some brief descriptions of the UCLA Registrar Office website’s top destinations:

Schedule of Classes

The Schedule of Classes provides a comprehensive list of all courses offered at UCLA for any given quarter. Students can search by subject area, or they can search for courses that fulfill a certain school requirement, such as General Education classes. For each course listed, the Schedule of Classes provides the class times, instructor name, amount of students enrolled in the class, units fulfilled and a brief description of the course.

General Catalog

The General Catalog describes all departments and programs, undergraduate majors and minors, graduate majors and courses offered. Aside from academic departments, the catalog also describes many student services, activities and resources. Essential information about registration, financial aid and academic advising can also be found in the catalog.

Visit the General Catalog through the link below.

Annual and Term Student Fees

Bruins can quickly find and assess the fees associated with being enrolled at UCLA. Students select the term and degree they’re pursuing (undergraduates will also need to select the year they enrolled), and the website will list all fees for the term selected.

Visit the Annual and Term Student Fees webpage through the link below.

Term Calendar

The term calendar provides a summary of the most important days of the school year. Bruins can reference the calendar to keep track of a term’s start and university holidays, among other important dates and deadlines.

Check out the term calendar through the link below.

Transcripts

The transcripts webpage provides a brief explanation of what transcripts are and how to place an order for the official documents. Although the UCLA Registrar Office provides useful information on transcripts, the office does not issue transcripts; official and unofficial transcripts are actually available through MyUCLA.
