Getting around ASUCLA Facilities

Ackerman Union

  • Elevator from B-level to A-level (NW exterior side) — when on A-level you end up near the Bruin Viewpoint Room

  • Elevators from B-level to 3rd Floor

  • Elevators from B-level to 3rd Floor – employee/delivery use only

  • Wheelchair Lift on 2nd Floor (behind Ackerman Grand Ballroom) – for AGB events only

  • Ramp to A-level (NE entrance) - near the Viewpoint Conference Rooms

  • Push-button ADA Doors on B-level (NW entrance) – coming from Bruin Plaza

  • Push-button ADA Doors on B-level (west entrance) – across James West Alumni Center/Morgan Center

  • Push-button ADA Doors and on A-level (NE entrance) – near the Viewpoint Conference Rooms

  • Push-button ADA Doors on the 1st floor (east entrance) – under bridge

  • Automatic ADA Doors on the 1st floor (west entrance) – near Panda Express

  • Push-button ADA Doors on the 1st floor (east entrance) – employee entrance only

  • Push-button ADA Doors on the 2nd floor (east entrance) – can access this via the bridge coming from Kerckhoff Hall

  • Push-button ADA Doors on the 2nd floor (west entrance) – can access this via the bridge coming from Ackerman Union

Court of Sciences Student Center

  • Ramps to go down to CSSC (south side)

LuValle Commons

  • Ramp to go down to the store

North Campus Student Center

  • Entrance along the main walkway from Portola Plaza, by the food court area (close to Northern Lights).

  • Ramp pathway leading up from the direction of the Franklin D. Murphy Sculpture Garden.

  • Both entrances are wheelchair accessible and connect directly to the main level of the Student Center.

How to reach the Bruin Health Pharmacy

From B-Level Exterior

  • Take ADA elevator that can be used to come up to A-level

Step 2: Go to the entrance on the side where you’ll see an accessibility sign leading to the elevator.

Step 4: Exit the elevator onto the appropriate floor and pass through the doorway into the hallway.
