ASUCLA Giveaway Disclaimer

ASUCLA giveaways are open to all Bruins with a valid University Identification (UID), ages 18 and above, unless stated otherwise. Only one entry per person is allowed per giveaway. All giveaway prizes are completely free of charge and do not require any purchase or payment to claim.

Giveaway winners are required to present a valid UID upon prize redemption. If the winner is unable to pick-up their prize, they may designate a substitute person and identify their name, phone number and email, to be confirmed upon redemption.

In the event that the prize winner does not meet eligibility requirements or forfeits the prize, the prize may be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible participant. Winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message or other communication channels from ASUCLA and given one (1) week to respond. Failure to respond within the one (1) week timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner may be randomly drawn.

All prizes are as described in the giveaway message. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable with no cash alternative and no receipt will be provided.
