Conference room rentals for off-campus organizations

A conference room rental on the UCLA campus isn’t just for students to use – Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) has meeting rooms available for off-campus companies and organizations to reserve. Book a conference room rental with ASUCLA through the link below.

ASUCLA offers several meeting spaces in Ackerman Union and Kerckhoff Hall, both central locations on the UCLA campus. Here’s a brief description of each ASUCLA meeting space available for booking:

Ackerman Meeting Rooms: There are six meeting rooms in Ackerman Union of varying sizes – some rooms seat about 10 people and others up to 20. Each room comes with a projector and/or a whiteboard for meetings utilizing visual aids. One of the second floor rooms is equipped with a TV, which can be connected to a personal computer for group presentations.

Viewpoint Conference Room: Also located in Ackerman Union, the Viewpoint Conference Room is a larger meeting room which seats 32 people comfortably. In addition to a whiteboard and projector, the space has a podium for speakers to use when presenting. The Viewpoint Conference Room also has a divider that can split the room into two if less space is needed.

The Kerckhoff Hall State Room: This Kerckhoff Hall meeting space has a simple setup of chairs, tables, a whiteboard and a projector. Like the Viewpoint Conference Room, it can seat 32 people, and there’s a divider that can split the room into two.

The Kerckhoff Board Rooms: There are two Kerckhoff Board Rooms located in Kerckhoff Hall, and they are very different from one another. One room is small, seating around eight people, and comes with a whiteboard, a projector and a TV screen. The other room seats up to 24 people around a long table and gives conferences an old-fashioned feel with its stained glass windows, chandeliers and dark wood paneling on the walls.

For large conferences of more than 100 people, check out the Bruin Viewpoint Room, which fits up to 130 seats theater style, or the Bruin Reception Room, which has a maximum capacity of 220 people with an open floor plan. Large events can take place in the spacious Ackerman Grand Ballroom, which has a maximum capacity of 1,200 people in a theater style setup and 1,500 people in an open floor plan.
