UC transfer admissions planner
The University of California Transfer Admissions Planner (UC TAP) is an online tool designed to help students who are thinking about, or are in the process of, transferring to a UC school to overall track and plan their coursework. To log into or create a UC transfer admissions planner account, click the link below.
Students can use UC TAP to track progress toward meeting the UC’s minimum requirements to transfer by entering completed and planned coursework into the planner. The planner can be utilized from the beginning of a student’s college career to whenever they decide to transfer to a UC school. UC staff can communicate with prospective transfer students about important transfer process information through the UC transfer admissions planner as well. For more information about uses of the planner, click the link below.
The UC transfer admissions planner also supports the Transfer Admissions Guarantee (TAG) process, which is available to students transferring from a California community college. UC TAG guarantees transfer admission to one of six UC campuses: Davis, Irvine, Merced, Riverside, Santa Barbara or Santa Cruz. TAG applications are submitted through UC TAP. For more information about TAG, click the link below.
