UCLA campus bookstore
The UCLA campus bookstore, formally known as the UCLA Store Textbook division, is located on Ackerman A-Level. The UCLA Store Textbook division also has an online store for those looking to find textbooks for a particular course digitally. To visit the online store, click the link below.
For UCLA and extension students trying to find textbooks through the UCLA campus bookstore, the UCLA Store website has a “Find my Textbooks” tool to help navigate course materials. Select your courses by inputting a school extension, term, department, catalog number and/or section/class number to look up the required materials for a specific course. To visit the “Find my Textbooks” webpage, click the link below.
To look for digital course materials and e-books, the UCLA campus bookstore uses VitalSource eBooks, as well as RedShelf eBooks, as the partnered sites for e-books and courseware.
The UCLA campus bookstore also has several textbook subscription tiers, Inclusive Access and Bruin One Access, that may be more convenient for some UCLA students purchasing course materials.
Inclusive Access: a subscription program that started in 2016, giving students digital materials through the Bruin Learn course webpage, reducing the materials cost and simplifying the process of finding required texts. Students are sent an email with information on how to access their digital materials. Students can select to opt out of the subscription at the top right of the page or email inclusiveaccess@asucla.ucla.edu to opt out; however, all students have access to the materials for free until the opt-out deadline.

Bruin One Access: another tier of the textbooks program that began in fall 2024, offering day-one access to all required course materials at the single flat rate of $129 per quarter. At the time of publishing, Bruin One Access is only available for undergraduate students. Students can also opt out of the subscription from the UCLA Store course materials tool via the Bruin Learn website. Once redirected to the online textbooks webpage, VitalSource, students can click to opt out at the top-right of the screen or email inclusiveaccess@asucla.ucla.edu with further questions about Bruin One Access.
