An overview of commencements for the Class of 2025

The UCLA graduation and commencement ceremonies are held in early June after the completion of spring quarter to celebrate the graduating class of that academic year. The Class of 2025 UCLA graduation ceremony by department will be held between Thursday, June 12, and Monday, June 16. Main commencement ceremonies

There are three main UCLA commencement ceremonies for the College of Letters and Science. The three UCLA College Commencement ceremonies are scheduled for June 13 at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Pauley Pavilion

How to watch the ceremonies

UCLA Commencements for 2025 include approximately 70 graduation ceremonies; for those who cannot attend in person, some graduation ceremonies will be live-streamed and recorded, notes a UCLA Commencement FAQs webpage

Finding parking

Bruins attending the commencement ceremonies can purchase permits for parking online via the Bruin ePermit portal. A UCLA Transportation webpage suggests purchasing the parking permit(s) ahead of time and arriving early on the commencement day. Accessibility and assistance

For graduates who need accessibility assistance or accommodations, contact the Center for Accessible Education; for guests who need accessibility accommodations, such as audio interpretation, the graduating student can contact the college or department holding the ceremony on the guest’s behalf, notes the UCLA Commencement FAQ webpage. The FAQ webpage continues that the commencement ceremonies will have accessible seating areas and mobility assistance devices for those who need them.

Graduation day resources 

For graduating students and family/friends looking for UCLA Store graduation resources, like essentials, diploma frames, portraits, alumni merchandise and more, the UCLA Store is a one-stop-shop for all in addition to commencement flowers, water, grad regalia and Class of 2025 gifts for graduation day. The UCLA Store will offer water stations throughout Wilson Plaza, Dickson Court and around Pauley Pavilion for the main commencements. The UCLA Store will also offer floral arrangements, with stands placed across 17 various locations on campus, such as Bruin Plaza, Wilson Plaza and Royce Quad.
