Regency Village Theatre (also known as the Fox Village Theatre)

Regency Theatres’ Westwood Village and Bruin Theatres first opened in Westwood Los Angeles in the 1930s. The Westwood Village Theatre was featured in the 2019 Quentin Tarantino film, “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood,” and has also hosted movie premieres, complete with red carpets and celebrity attendees. The theaters closed in 2024, but the Westwood Village Theatre is expected to reopen sometime after a renovation project led by an investor group of over two dozen filmmakers is completed. Hammer Museum

The Hammer Museum is a contemporary art museum in Westwood Los Angeles. According to the museum’s website, the Hammer opened in 1990 and has since built a strong reputation through the internationally acclaimed Hammer Projects, a series of over 100 exhibitions and installations featuring emerging artists.

Geffen Playhouse
