When asking “what resources are there for UCLA grad students,” consider looking into the UCLA Graduate Student Resource Center (GSRC). UCLA offers numerous resources for UCLA graduate (grad) students through the Graduate Students Association (GSA) as well. The GSRC, initiated by GSA and overseen by Student Affairs, helps to refer graduate and professional school students at UCLA with resources and assistance. The GSRC offers safety, Los Angeles (LA) living, health, financial, food, academic/career development and general resources. The GSRC also offers services for UCLA grad students, notably the Graduate Writing Center for any writing support needs. In addition to the writing center, GSRC offers free printing, graduate student advocacy, information and referrals, Visa document scanning, weekly resource drop-in hours and room reservations. In addition, the GSRC offers events to connect with fellow grad students and more, featuring the Graduate Student Orientation (GSO), Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSA) and Social Justice Week. To visit their events, click the link below.
