ASUCLA to support more than 40 commencement events, Class of 2026 celebrations
This commencement season, ASUCLA is hosting six ceremonies in its facilities and supporting 37 other graduation events across the UCLA campus.
Los Angeles, Calif., June 12, 2026 – In celebration of the Class of 2026, Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) is proud to host six commencements and support 37 graduation ceremonies and related events across its various divisions, including ASUCLA Catering, the ASUCLA Student Union and the UCLA Store.
“On behalf of Bruins past, present and future, ASUCLA would like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to UCLA’s Class of 2026 on the milestone of graduation,” said Pouria Abbassi, ASUCLA executive director and CEO. “We have been honored to support their journey at UCLA and wish them the best in the next chapter.”
This commencement weekend, Kerckhoff Hall Patio and Ackerman Grand Ballroom will serve as venues for the Class of 2026 to turn their tassels and celebrate the completion of their degree. ASUCLA will host the Luskin School of Public Affairs, Institute of the Environment & Sustainability, Institute for Society & Genetics, Physics & Astronomy, Computational & Systems Biology, and Microbiology, Immunology & Molecular Genetics departments.
ASUCLA Catering is extending its services to nearly 40 commencement ceremonies and other celebrations, providing meals and refreshments to graduates and families in attendance. Catering is also supporting UCLA and event staff during the weekend, supplying crew meals during the general college commencement and other ceremonies.
For all families and attendees, flowers, gifts and water bottles will be available through the UCLA Store’s vendors at all major graduation ceremonies. Additional commencement efforts on behalf of Bruin Custom Print, a division of the UCLA Store, began in early winter alongside a week-long 2026 Graduation Fair. In total, the department customized more than 4,000 unique graduate sashes in time for commencement.
