A collaboration between ASUCLA Facilities, ASUCLA Student Union and LADWP retrofitted lighting in Ackerman Union and Kerckhoff Hall, reducing lighting-related energy use by 75%.

Of the 48 unique submissions, three were named winners of this year’s Art in the Union contest, awarding the student artists a $600 prize and adding their artwork to the historic student union.

Formally honored on May 15, three UCLA students were awarded for the annual ASUCLA Student Union Art in the Union contest, showcasing the creativity of UCLA students.

UCLA students can submit their original artwork to Art in the Union until May 4 for a chance to win $600, as well as have their work featured in the ASUCLA Student Union.

The ASUCLA Student Relief Fund will provide basic needs to students impacted by the recent wildfires in Los Angeles. Donations are now being accepted on an ongoing basis.

Providing a dedicated area for moments of meditation and prayer, the newly established Bruin Reflection Space is now open to the on-campus community.

The ASUCLA Student Union will host a UCLA vs. USC watch party on Sunday, Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. in the Bruin Viewpoint Room with free food, drinks, giveaways and more for students.

As the new director of the ASUCLA Student Union Services, Pamela Lewis brings a wealth of experience in student affairs and is now focusing on enriching the student life on campus.
