The job fair provides graduate and undergraduate students with the opportunity to speak directly with hiring managers conducting on-the-spot interviews to fill open positions across ASUCLA’s Student-Run Enterprises, such as the ASUCLA Student Union, ASUCLA Event Services, ASUCLA Restaurants, the UCLA Store and more. ASUCLA is one of the largest employers of students on UCLA’s campus; in the 2025-2026 academic year, 805 students were hired.

“A job with ASUCLA is an opportunity to gain real-world experience, build confidence and become more connected to the UCLA community,” said Rami Vail, ASUCLA’s Human Resources director. “We’re excited to meet students and introduce them to the wide range of opportunities available across our organization.”

The job fair is open to current UCLA students and features a wide variety of positions across ASUCLA departments, with opportunities for students with different interests and levels of experience. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes for same-day interviews and hiring opportunities. No prior experience is needed to apply for entry-level positions. ASUCLA student employees receive benefits such as 20% off at the UCLA Store, flexible scheduling to accommodate academic schedules, resume building and more.
