Step into new opportunities at the ASUCLA Job Fair

On Monday, Sept. 22, join ASUCLA hiring managers in Bruin Plaza between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for on-the-spot interviews for student employment throughout ASUCLA Student Run Enterprises

Los Angeles, Calif., Sept. 16, 2025 – The Associated Students UCLA (ASUCLA) main hiring event of the year returns this fall quarter, offering UCLA students the chance to learn about available positions and land a campus job on the spot. The ASUCLA Job Fair will take place at Bruin Plaza on Sept. 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

As one of the largest student employers on the UCLA campus, ASUCLA is looking to add to its student-centered workforce; during 2024-2025, ASUCLA employed 1,558 students, who made up 86% of the organization’s workforce.

“ASUCLA is proud to offer not just jobs, but hands-on training opportunities for UCLA students to grow their leadership, teamwork and career skills,” said Rami Vail, ASUCLA Human Resources director. “The job fair is a chance for Bruins to connect directly with managers and explore job opportunities here on campus.”

Managers from across ASUCLA Student-Run Enterprises — including Student Union, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, UCLA Store, Marketing and ASUCLA Restaurants — will be present to meet and interview with students interested in open roles. Students are encouraged to bring their resumes for same-day interviews and hiring opportunities.

The ASUCLA Job Fair is open to active UCLA students and provides a convenient way to explore diverse roles across campus for all level positions with no experience needed. ASUCLA student employees receive benefits such as 20% off BearWear at the UCLA Store, flexible scheduling, resume building and much more.
