UCLA buildings in downtown Los Angeles
While UCLA’s main campus is in Westwood, the university has some UCLA downtown Los Angeles facilities located in that neighborhood. According to a UCLA Newsroom press release, the historic Trust Building was acquired by UCLA in 2023 as part of the university’s goal to strengthen engagement across the city. With UCLA Extension named as the primary tenant, the building aims to serve students in north, south and east Los Angeles. Getting from Westwood to downtown Los Angeles
There are several ways to travel between the Westwood campus and UCLA downtown Los Angeles. Lines 431 and 534 of Los Angeles Department of Transportation Commuter Express buses travel from Westwood to downtown Los Angeles. With the Bruin U-Pass, undergraduate students have free-fare access to select transit agencies throughout LA County.
