UCLA Health

My UCLA Health is a part of UCLA Health, and serves as an online platform for UCLA patients to manage appointments, access medical records and contact their providers. In addition to the website, patients can also access their records and manage any documents through the mobile app, MyChart. To log in to My UCLA Health, click the link below.

To access the UCLA Health login, enter the My UCLA Health username created, as well as the password in the upper right-hand side of the webpage. For those who are experiencing timeout and log-out problems, click the link below.

The My UCLA Health portal allows patients to make future appointments with healthcare providers, view medical results, access prescriptions and more. Through the online healthcare portal, patients can ask providers questions for health information online.
