MyhealthUCLA (formally known as myUCLAHealth) is UCLA Health’s online platform for UCLA Health patients to access their medical records, appointment information and more. There is also a mobile app to access account records called MyChart. To sign in, click the link below.

The myhealthUCLA login is part of the myUCLA Health platform. UCLA Health is considered the number one hospital in California and in Los Angeles for hospital and patient care, including in the U.S. News & World Report national honor roll for “best hospitals,” notes the UCLA Health webpage. The myhealthUCLA portal allows patients to communicate with physicians, view test results, refill any prescriptions and make appointments.
