According to the Transfer Center's webpage of fall 2022 data, pulled from the UCLA Campus Statistics and UCLA Student Affairs Information and Research Office, UCLA transfer students make up approximately 36% of the total undergraduate student population. The UCLA Transfer Student Center is a great program for the large group of students on campus who may require further resources to aid the transfer process. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

One program the UCLA Transfer Student Center provides is a mentorship program between incoming transfer students and UCLA transfer students who have already completed a year at UCLA and can help make the transfer process run smoothly. Further, the UCLA Transfer Mentor Program outlines that its program encourages students to share knowledge, create community and empower agency. For transfer students looking to explore UCLA-provided resources, consider using the Transfer Campus Connections service. Simply visit the office in Kerckhoff Hall, Room 128 during drop-in hours for the particular department. For more information regarding the schedule of services, click the button below.

In addition, the UCLA Transfer Student Center provides many networking opportunities within the transfer community. These annual events vary, from UCLA Transfer Pride Week to Transfer Alumni Networking Night. To stay informed about upcoming events, click the button below.
